Location & Schedule

• In-office in Murfreesboro, TN (must live within 20 miles)

• Full-time, flexible hours (some evenings/weekends for open houses & client needs)

What You’ll Do

• Keep deals on track: Clean up and manage client files + follow up on documents

• Be the bridge: Communicate with clients, respond quickly to messages, and schedule follow-ups

• Own the field: Host open houses, attend client meetings, and represent our brand face-to-face

• Free up the Broker: Help manage the pipeline, so we can focus on closing

• Sharp & Organized: You love systems and structure

• Great with People: Confident in texts, calls, emails & in-person

• Tech-Friendly: Comfortable with CRMs and digital communication tools

• Reliable: Have your own vehicle and live within 20 miles of Murfreesboro

• Licensed: Active Real Estate License required

$39,000 – $45,000 Base + Commission + Bonuses
